The Sauce Guns are designed for fast, accurate and consistent portioning of thin and thick sauces in professional kitchens. Linum Europe offers professional stainless steel dispensing guns with fixed portions of 10, 15, 20 or 30 ml, making it easy to match the amount of sauce to each preparation. The Sauce Guns are combined with 630 ml sauce gun bottles and are designed for frequent daily use. By dispensing a fixed quantity with every operation, they help maintain recipe consistency, control portion costs and reduce waste. The system uses up to 98% of the sauce, minimising the amount of product left inside the bottle. Bottles and dispensing caps with single-hole or three-hole membranes are available for different types of sauces, including viscous and chunky sauces.
