TRAYS BREAD, PASTRY, CATERING

Lineoplus' Bread & Pastry range includes 2 types of trays. On the one hand, there are the elegant 'smoke' plates in PMMA for bread and pastries, and on the other, there are the powder-coated aluminium trays. The trays cannot be put in the (microwave) oven, nor can they be used in a bain-marie. Lineoplus' 'Chocolates & Pastry' range also includes 2 types of trays. On the one hand, there are the high-gloss, powder-coated aluminium plates. This always results in a neat and eye-catching counter. On the other hand, there are the matt aluminium dishes for bread and pastries. The Chocolates & Pastry trays are not allowed in the (microwave) oven. Lineoplus' Catering & Preparation range includes 2 types. On the one hand, there are the plastic preparation trays in ABS. This type has a wide temperature range, making them multifunctional. The preparation trays may not be put in the (microwave) oven, nor used for bain-marie. On the other hand, there are the stainless steel counter trays. These plates have a shiny mirror effect and ensure perfect cold conduction in the counter or refrigeration unit.
