Linum Europe always does its utmost to deliver your order promptly and neatly. For shipping we work together with strictly selected transport and distribution companies. It is of course always possible that something goes wrong during the transport process. It is therefore very important that you check your order immediately upon receipt - and in the presence of the driver - for damage or (partial) loss.
If you notice something, write down an accurate and complete reservation on the CMR immediately. This is extremely important for your reservation in order to be admissible.
