Return policy

Received your order ? Please check on receipt !

 

Linum Europe always does its utmost to deliver your order promptly and neatly. For shipping we work together with strictly selected transport and distribution companies. It is of course always possible that something goes wrong during the transport process. It is therefore very important that you check your order immediately upon receipt - and in the presence of the driver - for damage or (partial) loss.

 

Something damaged or missing? Make notice of it immediately.

If you notice something, write down an accurate and complete reservation on the CMR immediately. This is extremely important for your reservation in order to be admissible. You can read all about it in this document on 'acceptability of delivery reservations'.

 

Return goods to Linum ? 

 

A return of goods must always be requested in advance. To initiate a return, you must fill in this 'request for return' form. Please complete the document in full and enclose the invoice or order confirmation as stated under point D. A return is only possible after our express approval and after the receipt of a return slip to be enclosed with the goods.
