Its glass filler has two operating positions: push the lever back for normal use or turn it upwards for continuous water flow. For collecting leftover drinks and other liquids, Encore offers compact stainless steel liquid waste reservoirs for worktop installation, available with or without a tap. Each kit consists of an outer reservoir, removable inner reservoir, drain kit and standpipe and is designed for standard openings with a 152 mm diameter. The reservoir can also be used as an ice cream scoop rinser, making it a practical option for ice cream parlours and similar foodservice businesses.
