The professional BINI sandwich cutter provides a fast, clean and efficient way to cut filled sandwiches in high-volume foodservice environments. It offers both full and partial cutting and comes with different guide rails suitable for bread measuring 50 to 90 mm wide and 40 to 60 mm thick. The robust countertop unit is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, making it ideal for sandwich shops, bakeries, cafés, catering operations and commercial kitchens. Safe operation via either a push button or foot pedal helps operators work quickly and efficiently. The complete kit includes the machine, collection tray, pusher, pedal and power supply.
