The Fermostock 5711 H1800 base racks and extensions provide a modular aluminium shelving system for professional, hygienic storage. All racks are 1800 mm high, feature 4 levels and are available in depths of 360, 460 and 560 mm. Base racks can be combined with extension units to maximise available storage space and easily expand the installation when required. Fermostock 5711 is suitable for cold rooms and freezers down to -40°C, commercial kitchens, catering facilities, healthcare environments, cleanrooms and wash areas. The system offers tool-free assembly and excellent corrosion resistance, while its removable perforated shelf inserts are dishwasher-safe up to +90°C. With NF Food Hygiene and NSF certification, the system supports loads of up to 120 kg per level and 600 kg between two uprights, depending on shelf length and configuration.
