Merford DICE enclosures are designed to effectively reduce noise from heat pumps and air conditioning outdoor units. Linum Europe offers various DICE models to accommodate HVAC outdoor units of different sizes and capacities. A combination of acoustic louvres and sound-absorbing materials provides a weighted sound reduction of 9 to 15 dB(A), depending on factors such as the outdoor unit and installation. An integrated anti-recirculation panel separates intake and exhaust air, helping to minimise air resistance and loss of efficiency. The self-supporting galvanised steel construction is low-maintenance, vandal-resistant and protects the equipment against weather and dirt. Access panels keep the outdoor unit easily accessible for servicing. The enclosures are available in galvanised steel or anthracite RAL 7016, while other RAL colours are available on request.
