Soundproof enclosures - EPP/PP

Alixo EPP/PP enclosures are designed to reduce noise from heat pump and air conditioning outdoor units without interfering with the unit's normal operation. Linum Europe offers three sizes with heights of 1155, 1400 and 1880 mm, accommodating a range of outdoor units. The enclosures are manufactured from EPP/polypropylene, a lightweight and durable material suitable for outdoor use. An air separation panel is supplied and can be adapted on site to suit the specific outdoor unit and separate the airflow correctly. In addition to reducing noise, the enclosure protects the equipment against weather conditions and vandalism. Depending on the model, outdoor unit and installation, a sound reduction of up to approximately 8 dB(A) can be achieved; this figure is indicative and not guaranteed.
