LuftX galvanised steel protective roofs are designed to provide additional protection for heat pump and air conditioning outdoor units against rain, snow and dirt. Linum Europe offers two sizes, 920 x 540 mm and 1150 x 640 mm, to accommodate different outdoor units. The construction is made from electrolytically galvanised steel with an epoxy resin coating, providing durable protection for outdoor use. The overhead cover helps reduce direct exposure to precipitation and dirt while maintaining the airflow required around the outdoor unit. The protective roofs are available in RAL 9002 and black, allowing them to blend discreetly with different façades and installations. By reducing exposure to weather and contamination, the roof can also help support a longer service life for the outdoor unit.
