Mixing faucets - table and wall

With mixer taps, cold and hot water are mixed in the tap beforehand. This ensures that the water that flows out of  the tap is already at the right temperature. Single lever mixers are operated using a single handle, while mixers with two knobs or two quarter turn handles achieve the desired temperature by turning both the cold and hot  water knobs.
