Zip-Clip tools are professional installation tools for cutting and tensioning wire rope used with Rize suspension systems. Linum Europe offers three versions: a wire rope cutter for cables up to 4 mm, a heavier-duty cutter for 5 and 6 mm wire rope, and a dedicated tensioning tool for the Zip-Clip suspension system. The cutters provide a clean, controlled cut, helping the wire rope pass smoothly through the corresponding Zip-Clip locking devices. As Rize wire rope is supplied on reels and cut to the required suspension length on site, suitable cutters are an essential part of the installation process. The tools can be used when suspending ductwork, pipework, cable containment and other technical services. Zip-Clip specifies that only suitable wire rope cutters are required to prepare Rize wire rope for installation.
