Alixo roof penetrations with an adjustable underframe are aluminium kits for routing pipework, cables and insulation through flat roofs, with a height that can be accurately matched to the roof build-up. Linum Europe offers several versions with openings of 80 x 80, 125 x 125 and 250 x 125 mm. The aluminium underframe slides into the roof penetration, allowing the height to be adjusted according to insulation thickness up to a maximum of 300 or 350 mm. This makes the system particularly suitable for new-build and insulation projects, where roof insulation thickness can vary. The wide base provides a reliable connection to the roof membrane and helps prevent water ingress. The roof penetrations are suitable for all types of flat roofs and combine durable aluminium construction with flexible installation. An extra-high version with a 450 mm underframe is also available. Choose the appropriate model according to opening size, insulation thickness and required installation height.
