Gel-Clear tablets and pipe supports are designed to help prevent biofilm-related blockages in condensate drains and promote effective water drainage. Linum Europe offers different Gel-Clear tablets for refrigerated cabinets, fan coils, cold rooms, evaporators and condensate pumps. The tablets gradually dissolve in the condensate and coat the drainage route with an antimicrobial protective layer, helping to prevent biofilm from developing. Depending on the version, protection lasts for up to 6 or 12 months; QP34 tablets are also NSF registered, non-corrosive to metals and biodegradable. For refrigerated cabinets, the Bio-Beta pipe support raises existing drain lines to create a slope of approximately 1.8%, promoting better gravity drainage.
