Gel-Clear drain cleaner and drain strips are designed for cleaning and preventive maintenance of condensate drains in air conditioning, refrigeration and HVAC installations. Linum Europe offers the Gel-Clear Foaming Drain Cleaner and condensate drain strips containing tea tree oil. The foaming cleaner provides a biocidal action against biofilm-forming bacteria, while the foam helps the product work throughout the condensate drain. It is also non-corrosive to metals. The water-soluble drain strips are placed in the condensate tray of equipment such as wall-mounted air conditioners and gradually release tea tree oil. They help prevent biofilm and unpleasant odours and provide protection for up to 6 months. The strips are also safe for use with condensate pumps.
