The Portion Pal kits are designed for fast, accurate and consistent sauce dispensing in professional kitchens. Linum Europe offers different kits with 473 ml or 709 ml bottles, allowing the system to be adapted to the required volume and application. Each kit includes 3 bottles, a handle, a rod and 5 fixed portion rings to dispense the same amount of sauce every time. The supplied rings provide portions of 7.5 ml, 10 ml, 15 ml, 22.5 ml and 30 ml and are easily identified by their different colours. A choice of medium single-hole or three-hole membranes is available depending on the required sauce distribution. Controlled portioning helps maintain recipe consistency, reduce food waste and keep ingredient consumption under control. Portion Pal is suitable for restaurants, snack bars, fast-food outlets, food trucks, catering businesses and other professional kitchens.
