Built-in soup kettle Soupwell
Mobile Containing's built-in soup well consists of a stainless steel outer pan with flange and silicone heating element, which protects the kettle from overheating, and a removable stainless steel inner pan with hinged lid. The bain-marie system gives ideal heat transfer and a constant temperature of the soup. The convex shape of the glass lid section ensures that condensation always falls back into the soup. Optionally, an outlet tap or pipes can be connected to the kettle to drain the water in the outer pan.
