The BPA-free High Temp Grilamid Gastronorm containers are designed for preparing, storing and handling both hot and cold food in professional kitchens and foodservice environments. Linum Europe offers 24 products within this range, including containers, matching lids and grids in various Gastronorm sizes. The selection includes GN 1/1, GN 1/2, GN 1/3, GN 1/4, GN 1/6 and GN 1/9 containers, with depths of 65, 100 and 150 mm depending on the size. A key advantage of Grilamid is its wide temperature resistance from -40 °C to +150 °C. This makes the containers suitable for chilled applications as well as use in microwaves, steam heaters, bain-maries and food warmers. Compared with polycarbonate and more conventional copolyesters, Grilamid therefore provides greater versatility for high-temperature applications. Matching lids and grids complete the range for different stages of food preparation and storage.
