What to do in case of damage upon delivery?
When receiving the goods, we request to have them immediately controlled on damage and content. This in the presence of the carrier (if necessary open the packing!). When you assess damage or notice an incomplete supply, please note this on the delivery note, so you and the carrier have a copy of the mentioning. Please inform us in writing within 24h (per fax or e-mail).

During which opening hours can we collect our goods?
Belgium: Goods can be collected from Monday to Friday, from 08h00 till 18h00 (except on fridays till 17h00)
The Netherlands: Goods can be collected from Monday to Friday, from 08h00 till 17h30 (except on fridays till 17h00)
France: Goods can be collected from Monday to Friday, from 08h00 till 17h30 (except on fridays till 16h30)

Does the LINUM group also sell directly to end users?
NO, the LINUM group has a clear and correct strategy in that matter. Only qualified resellers, dealers, installers, constructors and manufacturers can buy articles from the LINUM group.

Can I visit your showroom with my customer/prospect?
ABSOLUTELY, both the LINUM outlets in Kuurne (B) and Ridderkerk (NL) have a showroom at your disposal.
The showroom in Kuurne is especially for foodservice equipment and is perfectly equiped for showing the offered products to your potential customers. We kindly request to inform us of your visit 1 or 2 days in advance so we can adjust our organisation for your customers wishes. You can reach the product responsible by phone, fax or e-mail.

Why are certain products only distributed in a certain country?
As a commercial enterprise-importer, we sell a great number of international brands. Some of these international brands (already) have a local agent available in each country. As part of mutual agreements, it is logical that one doesn’t compete on each others market. Therefore certain products can only be offered on one and not on all target markets. In our philosophy of ‘durable’ and honest undertake we fully respect this strategy.
